Hi, I'm Cassidy Large.
Those of us that have been a member of or managed a small marketing team, know the struggle is real, but the reward is immense.
Small marketing teams often suffer from a lack of resources, constant competing priorities and more, but when it works. It works. Innovation, collaboration, curiosity, and passion come easy to small teams because they tend to be closer to leadership, closer to the problem, and closer to each other. They have a keen sense of what is working and not working because they are responsible for all of it. Not to mention they are highly efficient.
This is why I love small teams. Small marketing teams get to be tactical and strategic. They get to ideate and execute.
